Deep in the forest where the animals sleep
The quiet is interrupted by a peep.
One little frog playing away,
Watching her babies, they hatched today!
The tadpoles all swim really far away
Soon they will grow legs and not want to stay!
They will leap out of the water and hop around
For now they live on dry ground.
They jump really high into the sky
And really want to fly, fly, fly!
Deep in the forest where the animals sleep
The quiet is interrupted by a chorus of peeps.
Ten little frogs play, play, play
For they are the tadpoles, living in their own way!
